A Warm Welcome awaits you at our English run establishment providing Family and Golfing Holidays on the Costa del Sol. We have a choice of luxury self-catering accommodation. Casa Balaustradas is situated in the quiet coastal village of Torrequebrada, between the resorts of Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Torrequebrada is a new coastal resort that has been developed in recent years. The resort is largely residential and also has its own championship golf course which has hosted the Spanish Open. The Villa is part of a Spanish urbanization, and is ideally situated far enough away from the local bars, hotels and nightlife to be a very peaceful spot. Its central location for your holiday rental in Spain makes Torrequebrada the ideal holiday base for exploring the Costa del Sol and the wider Andalucia region.
After holidaying here on the Costa del Sol as a family for many years we have lots of personal experience and can organise local day trips to markets, Aqua parks, local markets, zoos and a host of other fun activities. We, Iona and Neil, have been living here on the Costa with our 2 children for many years. It is our aim is to provide a personal service and tailor made packages to suit your family requirements, therefore helping to ensure that all our guests have a relaxing holiday from the minute of arrival.

Staying with us gives you many of the benefits that both a big Hotel, and a self-catering accommodation can offer, all rolled into one. We can offer you a breakfast each morning to set you up for the day, either a full English, or a lighter choice of fresh croissants, cereal and toast, or fresh fruit salad. We can book your day trips, recommend local attractions and days out suited to your personal wishes, book your Golf and provide transfers for you, either with ourselves or by getting you a local taxi whenever you require.
On the other hand, because we are so much smaller, you may want a little more privacy, which we can also offer. If you wish to be left in peace to soak up the sun on the terrace, read quietly in the garden, or take advantage of the local tradition of an afternoon siesta, then there will be no interruptions such as cleaning ladies, or over-zealous holiday reps trying to get you to join in the water aerobics! Even if you wish to be left alone for your self-catering holiday, it is always nice to know we are not far away for any of those unexpected emergencies such as running out of milk, or not having any dry towels!
For the Ladies... If you fancy a little well deserved pampering without having to move from your lounger by the pool, how about a full pedicure, with foot soak and massage, maybe accompanied by chilled Champagne and a bowl of strawberries? What a better way to really treat yourself while the guys go off and play Golf, or to ease those hot feet, tired after all that walking around the local market! Come on Ladies, you know you're worth it!
