Terms and Conditions Of Torrequebrada Rentals

 

 

We advise that these Terms and Conditions are read and agreed with before making a confirmed booking.  

 

1. Torrequebrada Rentals accept no liability whatsoever for any aspects of the arrangements and no liability for any loss, personal injury or death, however incurred, while staying at our accommodation.  During your stay you are expected to assume responsibility for the safety and security of the property and all occupants, and their personal effects.
2. We take no responsibility for any matters beyond our control i.e. industrial disputes, adverse weather, or any situations likely to disrupt your holiday.   
3. In the unlikely event that it should be necessary to make a change to your booking, we will notify you immediately.  We will do our best to offer alternative accommodation of a comparable standard.  If this is not possible, a refund will be made.
4. Cancellation by you will result in the loss of any monies paid to date.  
5. Although every effort has been made to ensure that all information is accurate, Torrequebrada Rentals accept no liability for any discrepancies or any problems that may occur during your stay.  In the unlikely event of a problem, you should contact us immediately so that every effort can be made to rectify the situation.  We will not be able to deal with any complaints after departure from the property.
6. Any faulty items, damages or breakages during your stay must be reported.
7. Torrequebrada Rentals accept no liability for any disruption caused by local building works, though we shall do our best to inform clients if this is the case.
8. The client is recommended to take out the appropriate travel insurance.
9. Transport from the airport to our accommodation is a separate arrangement, available on request, and is not included in the booking fee.
